obviously gemma and lyndsey and now mollie cuz she just joined us as i was writing that sentence.... so any ways we are in the library neing silent because in library's you get the librarien who shouts "SILENCE!!!!", which is very hypicritical... by the way i'm very sorry for all the spelling and grammar mistakes...
Any ways... I would like to say for my dear friend Maddie who is currantly away, we love you lots and we can't wait to see you again, your a very brave girl and hopefully we will be seeing your little self in school where you can prove to everyone that your a LOUD MOUTH HAPPY HYPER GIRL WHO KICKS ASS (IN A GOOD WAY!!!) Woo, its Esme and Gemma

Yush, we is at my house waiting for everyone to come.

And we are amazingly doing our systems. Mr. Lowe will be proud of us! Well, he better be. Gemma is colouring a boat in green, yellow, red and blue. Which is primary colours, which apparently are attention-catching but to us they're just damn ugly. Oh, and purple.

Jeez, some people are really ugly.

But Gemmas boat is beautiful.

As am I.

Editing and such is going good; we have lots of songs completed now.

Tomorrow were scheduled for some more filming, lets hope Gemma will be feeling better tomorrow. =[

The most amazing person here... loll yes it's gemma... sitting in the libary next to now AMY,CISSY and ESME!!!!!!!!!!! We rock and never forget that =]
On saturday we recorded the 2nd part of scene 2, scene 5 i think and scene 3. We did this at my house and we worked our socks of 12 til 5. Not only did we look and sound amazing in our own and wacky way, but we even created a cool castle out of my living room and cleaned it up before mum and dad came back from the fete. We only have 3 more weeks to film but we will survive and even if the whole thing goes wrong and accidently... not. catchs fire because of gemma and amy... we will even hand in the ashs as our project

By the way, the layout -Que tu penses?
The layout that we chose didn't really work out on it's own - it was too white at the bottom
So I added a background to go with it. I quite like it, but that's just my opinion

Well, the brilliant idea was not mine, so I'm suprised :P but its going well so far... We probably have the longest script in the entire UNIVERSE! so that'll be a pain to memorize...

The script - Scene 1

Okay so this is scene 1 of The Singing Princess, Enjoy ^^:

Scene 1

In the witch’s house, the witch is prancing around the room while her fairy slaves are chasing her around, trying to do her hair for her.

[Song- witch sings about her voice]

Witch: (Sits down on her chair infront of the mirror, and starts admiring herself) Don’t I just have the most beautiful voice?

Fairy Pixie: (Admiring the witch in the mirror) Of course you do!

Fairy Nixie: (Distracted- continues on trying to do the witch’s hair but is having some difficulty) Yes, my lady, of course. Will you please keep your head still?

Witch: The best voice in the entire world! (Evil laugh)

Fairy Pixie: Why of course, the most beautiful voice in all the land could only be that of yours.

Fairy Nixie: (Distracted) Mmmm… Maybe. Goodness! There’s a spider in your hair!

Witch: (whips around to face Fairy Nixie, shoving Pixie out of the way) What do you mean by ‘maybe’?

Fairy Pixie: (glares evilly at Nixie) How could you doubt the beauty of our mistresses voice?

Fairy Nixie: (Looks nervous, take a few steps back from the Witch) Oh, well I didn’t mean to doubt… I don’t doubt. But it’s just that… I’ve heard… rumours…

Witch: (Stands up and steps towards Fairy Nixie) What rumours?

Fairy Pixie: (imitates witch) Yeah, what rumours?

Fairy Nixie: (Continues to step backwards until hits the wall. Nervous- looks from left to right and right to left for escape) Well… I’ve heard (emphasise on heard) that in the land of Honah Lee, the Princess Latanya has the voice of an angel, the most beautiful voice in the world.

Witch: WHAT?! (Fairy winces and shrinks back as Witch screech in her face, pace around the room) This cannot be! I have the most beautiful voice in the world. Not her. I must have the most beautiful voice in the whole world.

Fairy Pixie: Well, we could put a frog in her throat. (looks for approval)

Witch: (glares at Pixie) What a pathetic idea. Wasn’t that in Baywatch the other day?

Fairy Nixie: There’s nothing you can do… unless you, oh I don’t know… steal her voice? (nervous giggle, laughs at own silly idea)

Witch: (Suddenly turns to Fairy Nixie, cutting her sentence off and smiles brightly) Yes! Of course! Why did I not think of it before?! That’s what we’ll do! We’ll steal her voice. (Rub hands together in an evil way)

Fairy Nixie: I was only jo…

Witch: (checks herself in the mirror) You must capture her immediately.

Fairy Nixie: Me?!

Fairy Pixie: Her?

Witch: (irritably) Yes, her! Who else? You? You mucked up the last time! I asked you to kidnap the Queen of England, but you end up giving me the Duke of Edinburgh. (into a shout) The Duke of bloody Edinburgh?

Fairy Pixie: (wincing, mumbles) Yes, mistress.

(The Witch sweeps out of the room and slams the door behind her)

Well, this is our first post. How about a debrief?



After many pointless arguments, we have finally agreed as to what our musical is to be about. We have chosen *drumroll* .. The Singing Princess! [ hence the blog title ]. Ironically, this was the first idea we came up with, so that argument was utterly, even more pointless.

Anyway, so far we've established most of the roles- who's gonna be who. The script is almost kind of done; about 65%. And we have a few songs written, mostly by Gemma, a waltz by Lyndsey and a lovely love song by me, Cissy and Lizzy.

... Oh dear. We went to Chalkwell Park dressed.. well, as our characters. Thats right, a princess, prince, witch, king and a few fairies were wandering around, being laughed at while they practiced waltzing in the middle of a field thing. Pictures will show...
